The recipes are no secret to our bakery students.  We introduce this recipe so that more people can change their
mind-set on wholemeal bread, and benefited from eating right + delicious.  Unlike commercial breads, our breads
do not use chemicals such as, BREAD IMPROVER, DOUGH CONDITIONAL, PRESERVATIVE and things that do no
good to our body.

THE 5 BASIC INGREDIENTS OF WHOLESOME BREADS.
Organic Wholemeal Flour
* higher than usual, give the nutty flavour of wheat also ensuring you have higher nutrition and fiber in your diet.

Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour
* is used to ensure that the breads rise and create the texture that everyone enjoy.  

Organic Raw Sugar
* is used not only to give flavour and assist fermentation but more importantly  the rich minerals and vitamins from
the sugar cane give you the extra nutrition that most commercial breads can't provide.

Sea Salt
* is used as it has the similar chemical elements as our human blood. Refined Salt is banned in our food totally.

Sunflower Seed Oil
* is used to give moist and flavour instead of using the butter & TRANS FAT (hydrogenated vegetable oil, partially
hydrogenated vegetable oil, vegetable shortening & margarine) in most breads, biscuits, pastry and cakes. Using
trans fat give a lot of conveniences to the manufacturers because it can retains "freshness" for a much longer
time....... and clog your arteries!

All our breads are kept frozen for freshness.

Commercial yeast is a single kind of organism that belches a lot of gas really fast and transforms grain into something
that's even less good for you. Sourdough is two organisms, wild yeast and bacteria, in symbiosis. Together they
transform the grain to make it more healthful, more digestible, and also resistant to getting moldy or stale. Many people
with wheat allergies or "yeast" allergies have no problem eating real sourdough.

The natural wild yeast on the wheat berries create the unique cheese-like flavour, making it more suitable for savoury
Italian Style Bread.

added.

Organic Raw Sugar, Sea Salt.  Pre-bake weight: 510g
D. WHOLESOME GLUTEN-LESS BREADS

No-Gluten & No-Wheat!

This is suitable for those who are sensitive to gluten and wheat or who suffer from celiac disease.  Gluten is a type of
protein in wheat that makes the dough elastic.   Research has shown that for those with gluten sensitivity or celiac
disease, consuming gluten can slow down stomach activity, causing poor digestion and interfering with the absorption
of nutrients.   Gradually, the digestive system will be affected.  Rye, wheat, barley and oats contain gluten.
In our special recipes, we use a combination of any of the following ingredients:  rice, millet, buckwheat, soy, corn,
tapioca, potato, arrowroot etc.

Note for consumers: Some of the ingredients might contain traces of wheat.
