Left, photo taken around 1999, I was then 80kg. On the right, photo taken
2001, about 6 months after my first fasting detox programme, then 65kg. If

See my size of that time! Every second passed, I usually describe my old
pictures with the word " past life". Those were the days when I had flu
that last me for 2 weeks and very frequent. Easily perspired and tired.
Though I had tried exercising to lose weight almost every day, to no avail,
every year I was granted with 1 kg.
My 1 month project assignment in Holland in Nov 1999, had granted extra
5kg....

Crafting with vegetables. Inter-company competition, our department won
first. The cranes were crafted by me, that was the first time I tried cut
veggies for display. In the process of slicing and cutting, I ate a lot of raw
food for 1 week.
