Mastery of Tempeh Making

After producing tempeh for the past 3 years, we decided to stop our
production from 1July 2010. A lot of my tempeh's fans were very current
position...The opportunity is here for you to master this traditional
Indonesian Culinary Art. In this workshop we will have the step-by-step
guide into the process of making the original soy tempeh to special
tempeh such as black soybean tempeh, mixed-bean temeph, mixed-nuts &
seeds tempeh, seaweed tempeh and more..


Other than doing the theory and practical, particiapnts will receive a
starter pack to start making tempeh at home, bring the tempehs home
and have tempeh burgers for lunch.
