This is a 2-session workshop, specially designed for people who want to charge up their energy fast.  Eating
raw food can be very creative and enjoyable. In this workshop, participants will learn about the important of
having raw food in their meals, the reasons behind all the diseases, doing a simple detoxification fast,
self-diagnosis, proper hygiene, food preparation and many more. Learn to live a life without medical bill!

-         Energy Measurement: Bi-digital O Ring Test

This workshop will demonstrate on the healthy cooking methods. The topic covered on the most important
aspect of healthy cooking, it is a must for novice health seekers. You will learn stir-frying without oil, increase
the ratio of raw food in cooked dishes, cooking without meat but still taste better than having meat, right way
of using miso and much more.
