Do not hesitate! Come and learn the methods of baking wholesome traditional organic bread at home when
attended the workshop.

In this 1 sessions workshop you will learn about the following:

>        Hand kneading techniques that don't mess up your kitchen
>        Baking techniques - using oven, frying pan and steamer
>        Learn about some herb and spices
>        Nann, Punjabi Flat Bread flavored with exotic indian herbs & spices.
>        Tibetan Flat Bread (My favor!), a soft crust bun with my special touch
>        GIANT UNCLE OH ROTI using 50% organic whole grain and  50% organic unbleached flour
Specially baked without oven! So big a bread that can feed up to 12-16 pax.
>        Focaccia, flat Italian Savory Bread flavoured with olive oil and Italian herbs.
