Hand kneading techniques that don't mess up your kitchen
Baking techniques - using oven, frying pan and steamer

Making 100% organic wholemeal pancake, Billinis
100% Wholemeal Banana Bread
Nann, Punjabi Flat Bread
Tibetan Flat Bread (My favor!)
Bread using 50% organic whole grain and  50% organic unbleached flour
Focaccia, Italian Garlic & Herbal Bread
Steamed bun
