Alternative ingredients will be used to replace the usual ingredients used in baked desserts such as refined white sugar and salt, refined wheat flour, artificial flavorings, batter & margarine (trans flat) and dairy products. Some recipes are sugar-free and gulten-free too! We strive to use whatever organic ingredients that we can find in the market, this may be the best-known organic vegan cakes you can find but not in production or store, only at your kitchen.
