2. Conduct health talk and cooking demo for schools, clubs, institutions, etc..
3. Provide consultation for fasting, detoxification, vegetarian dietary, natural health practices and
  weight-loss program.
4. Provide consultation for vegetarian/vegan food business and organic retail shop setup.

1. Koji for Sake or Rice Wines and other Fruit Wines - We do supply koji (sake wine starter) , koji for making  
  miso, fruit wine yeast, red rice yeast (monascus anka), traditional chinese wineyeast cake, etc..
